Nature of Services

All services provided are one-time, independent third-party remote technical support services.
We do not sell software licenses, subscriptions, or digital products.


Refund Eligibility

  • Once a remote technical support session has started, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

  • If a payment has been made but the support service has not yet started, a refund request may be reviewed.

  • If we are unable to provide the agreed support service due to an issue on our side, a refund may be considered.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The support session has already begun

  • The service has been successfully delivered

  • The customer changes their mind after service initiation

  • Incorrect information was provided by the customer


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method.

  • Payment processing is handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

  • Refund processing time depends on the payment provider and may take several business days.
